Sony DCR-SR220 HDD camcorder
The Sony DCR-SR220 is a HDD cam with SD resolution video recording featuring a 60GB HDD. With this beauty you will be able to record animated pictures on the memory stick PRO duo. The recorder supports MPEG-2 format, it features, 15x Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T optics, 4-megapixel digital still capture, 2.3 megapixel ClearVid CMOS sensor, Face detection technology for video and photos (maximum of 8 faces), 41 hours of video, Hybrid movie recording on Memory Stick PRO Duo media card and hard drive, Quick-on feature comes out of standby in <1 second, Built-in zoom microphone and Sony HDD Smart Protection System. The recorder also uses the new image processing engine called "BIONZ".
Sony DCR-SR220 HDD camcorder will be out in Japan for about 100,000Yen or $932 on 20th February.
